Fire Prevention Week

Since 1922, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) has sponsored the public observance of Fire Prevention Week (FPW).

Ride Along Program

Our Ride Along Program enables our community members and others interested in a career in the fire service to tag along with us during our daily duties.

Safe Kids Car Seat Program

Several of our personnel are Certified Child Passenger Safety (CPS) Technicians that can ensure your child's car seat is safe and properly installed.

Safe Surrender Site

The Safely Surrendered Baby Law's intent is to save lives of newborn infants at risk of abandonment by encouraging parents or persons with lawful custody to safely surrender the infant within 72 hours of birth, with no questions asked.

Youth Firesetter Program

The French Camp McKinley Fire District partners with the Firefighters Burn Institute to provide a Youth Firesetter Program to the communities we serve.
